It's a good day, doesn't
matter if we are having a
flash flood, it's a good day
to me!
Mary and I went to Rusk
Texas Saturday to help my
sister Bobble and brother in
law Carl Lee Matthews cel-
ebrate their 60th wedding
anniversary! That's a long
time! There were 105 people
there! The David "Burtons"
from Trinidad and Deborah
and "Shorty" Brannon from
Malakoff, Beth and Osborne
Williams from Cross Roads,
they will have their big 60th
in February• "Congratula-
tions" we've known them all
these year.
Jackie "Matthews" Gaine-
ty, sister of Carl Lee and her
daughter-in-law Suzanne
drove from Stevens
Arkansas to be there. Lettie
Matthews from Tyler, for-
mally of Cross Roads, some
his children, daughter Nancy
and husband John. They are
the grandparents to triplets,
they are 8 years old. The
only set I've ever known!
This was my reunion with
my kin. Only sister and her
family, Jackie, C.L.'s only
sister, I really had a good
time! As always!
To "Shorty" Burton, I
"misquoted" a statement to

We can still pray for each
other!
Mr. Robert Miller, a mem-

Have you seen the high
heel soft shoes made for
baby girls? Real eye catch-
ers. In truth, nonwalkers are
the only ones who won't pay
later for wearing these heels
that throw the spine off line
and ruin posture. Problems
with the fi~et and legs come
later, creeping onto the body
with painful ways.
