F. (Frazer) Holland departed this life, and,: ::'~|'l~ Whereas, for many years has been associated with the Henderson County Tax .a, sse~0e and Collector's office, and for the past sixteen years has been Tax Collector and sor, and in that position rendered a splendid service to the public interest of his count~. He was deeply interested and considerate of all matters coming through his office, and e~. ducted the business with dignity and wisdom. He was well known for his honesty and fairness in his business dealings with his let. low men. In private life he was loved and highly respected by a host of friends who w~s attracted to him by his friendliness and the kindness of his character. He was always rea~ to assist those in need and to give wise counsel to those seeking it. His passing means a loss to this entire section, but the influence of his long and life will live on and continue to be felt throughout this country. i~ii: Therefore, be it resolved: 1. That in the Passing of R. F. (Frazer) Holland the cause of good government in Hen- derson County has lost a loyal supporter and the County has lost a useful citizen as well u a Christian gentleman. r" :" : "~: "1 2.
