He explained the concept of a Health Systems Agency IHSA} in which the COG will play a definite role in developing and applying for in this region, This Agency will be non-profit and will develop plans and will review federal grants in the health services area. Executive Committee Chairman D.H. Abernathy recognized the newest mem- bers of ETOG. These mem- bers included Brownsboro, Moore Station, New Summer- field Independent School Dis- tict, ttenderson County Jun- ior College, Panola County Fresh Water District #1, and Smith County Water Control and hnprovement District #].
