Stover et vir. Said tract of land contains 5.16 acres, although a recent survey shows it to contain 5.91 acres, and the said ialxl is more completely described by metes and bounds in Plaintiffs' peti- tion on file herein. The land sought to be set aside for Defendants, or Heirs of W. C.
