We are not familiar with the classification of lots as pertain- ing to different types of business- es, but a study of zoning boards in other towns could beofinesti- mable value in determining what and where various kinds of busi- nesses should be located. " The Zoning Board, likethe Plan Commission should serve asa recommending body to the Ity Council which would have the fi- nal say in matters of vital con- cern to the communltiesdirectly affected. There should be room for elas- ticity and dissent in decisions made, and recourse of action al- lowed by those in authority to see to R that no one Is abused by locating an undesirable business in their midst.
