She left on Friday, after re- ceiving word of his birth, and after acquiring a new Plymouth to make the trip in. The happy grandfather, left at home, says he doesn't know when to expect his wife or the car back but is anxiously awaiting those first pictures TO show off. The Pee Wee bali team of Trinidad played the Malakoff Cardinals at Trinidad last week and won their game by a score of 12 to 2. Even with such a good score there were no home run hits, but it was reported that the entire team did an ex- cellent job. Recent visitors in the home of Mrs. A. S. BlansRt were her daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Morris Shmmon. While here, the Sbannon's and Mrs. Blansitt Cook a tour of ceme- teries where members of their family are buried. They visited the Mabank cemetery, where Mr. Bhnsitt is buried and then on to the Cottenwood Cemetery in Van Zandt County where Lou Anne's Grandfathers grave is locked. Latex guests of Mrs. Blansitt were another daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Rich- ard Garner. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Bradslnaw were week-end visitors of her sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Coy blartin of Rusk. While there, the families took advan- tage of the facilities at Lake Striker for a little fishing and picrcing. Recent visRors in the Jim Gaston home were their son, Dr. and Mrs. Jerry Gaston.
