Some eighteen or twenty lel from the
church (Providence) to go to Eureka
Springs, Ark., and Branson, Mo. and
other points of interest on Monday,
Sept. 12. They returned on Thursday.
Mrs. J.T. Summerall's car shed
burned Monday night, Sept. 5. Her car
and pickup were beth destroyed. The
fire department kept her house from
burning.
Also heard that a home on Paradise
bay burned last Thursday night, and
that the occupants were on vacation.
The Jackpot of I280.00 was won at
bingo Saturday night. Don't know who
the man was, but I'll bet he was happy.

Well, I haven't been in church for the Edna Powell passed away Sunday.
Funeral services were held Monday
afternoon in Eubank Funeral Home,
with burial in King Cemetery.
Mrs. Pare Martlnez of Fort Worth
and boys, Jimmy, Pat and Mark, spent
Saturday night with mother and
grandmother, Beth Grts m. This was
little Mark's first visit to gramdma's.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Robinson and
Charles Arthur returned to their home
in Mesquite after a week's visit in
Missouri with parents and grand-
parents Robinson
We apprec/ate the nicewe bad
Wednesday morning. Some reported an
inch, others an inch and a half and
others two inches. Whatever amount, It
brought a little bit cooler weather.
