The Lake Area YMCA is now registering for Adult Volleyball and Youth Basketball. Adult Volleyball regis- tration is now through Dec. 15. Team fee is $175 per team, up to 12 players. Youth Basketball registration is now through Dec. 27 and the fee is $30 for members and $40 for non-members. There will also be a co-ed Softball Tournament December 7 and 8 at the George Watts Park in Mabank. The YMCA is offering evening and Saturday Aerobics on Monday evenings 7:30-8:30, Wednesday evenings 8-8:45, and Saturday mornings 9:30- 10:30. The YMCA will also be hosting Karate Belt Test- ing with Karate Instructor Rick Williams December 15 beginning at 9:00 a.m. Donations of canned goods will be appreciated to benefit the Kemp Food Pantry. Santa has decided to arrive by kayak and is inviting area families to come and have "Breakfast with Santa" from 8 to 10:30 a.m. A professional photographer will be avail- able to take photos of Santa and the kids for a special package price. The cost is only $6,50 per person which includes breakfaswehtrntlCe- "IIF,, dive show; tram tour and fishing activities. Children three and under are admitted free. The Library at Cedar Creek Lake will have Santa and his helpers on Saturday, December 15 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Enjoy a breakfast of Snowman Pancakes, fruit, mini-muffins and more. Make your very own Christ- mas Craft at the Creative Station and get your picture taken with Santa! Breakfast tickets are $2.50 a plate and can be purchased at the door. Land of Lights, a Christmas Park in Athens, is now open 7 days a week from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. It is a drive thru park that's over one mile long With over 2 million lights!
