Burglary And Theft Investigated A burglary and a thor were being investigated Monday by the sheriff's department. Deputy Sheriff Tom Goodall said the Mabank Land Co., Route 2, Mabank, reported that burglars took several items between December 18 and 19 from a trailer house. The front door was pried open. The loss included a four-burner cook stove, a refrigerator, divan, box springs, mattress, living room chair, desk chair, coffee table, a breakfast set of a table and four chairs, two ond tables and a small radio. A report was received at the county jail from Lowe Mangum of Dallas of the theft of a portable radio from a house north of Sewm Points. Officers said there was no evidence of how the place wu entered. They said the hote was left locked and that th lowD , not broken.
